Who am I?
My whole world is public speaking and authenticity coaching. I've dedicated my life to helping individuals unlock their true potential. With a decade of experience as a kick ass Professor at Orange Coast College and a track record of coaching award-winning speech and debate teams, I bring a unique approach to public speaking and personal development. If you want me as your keynote speaker, or you want me to help you develop a keynote speech - I gotchu.

History of Kicking Ass

In 2018, I was honored as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Orange County by the Orange County Register, recognizing my contributions to the community and the field of highly competitive speech, debate, and theater. Under my leadership, the Orange Coast College speech and debate team has won a record-breaking number of national championships, including our 13th National Championship title in 2023. This success is largely due to a strategic shift from traditional presidential-style speaking to a focus on authenticity—highlighting who the speaker truly is. My superpower is people. I know their potential, and how to get them to find it within themselves.

Magic Behind the Method

I believe that the best public speaker is one who is profoundly themselves—authentically them. You just need to be YOU, LOUDER. My coaching style is centered around this principle. I have an insane passion for bringing out the best in people, and I can see their potential even when they can't. Unlocking this potential has been a key reason for our success. I LOVE this stuff, and my unique approach is designed to help you become the best version of yourself.
